The sofa in the living room converts into a twin bed suitable for one additional guest. There is a large 65" Samsung smart TV where you can log in to your apps and enjoy your favorite shows.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a top-of-the-line induction stove, large refrigerator, Nespresso machine, microwave, and electric kettle. The apartment also features a laundry area with a sink and a washer/dryer. The bedroom is calm and functional, with a large closet, blackout curtains, and a spacious safe for valuables. The bathroom is modern, with a powerful shower. Guests also have access to the building’s pool and shared spaces.
Both the bedroom and living room have powerful, brand-new, quiet air conditioning units.

Please turn off the air conditioning units whenever you leave the apartment (on very hot days, you can turn it up to 27 degrees while you are away)
Close the blackout curtains when you are away. The sun is very strong and can damage or discolor the furniture.
Loud noises and high-volume music are not allowed.
If you need to dispose of trash, please take it to the designated container across the street. There is no trash disposal inside the building.
If anything seems off when you arrive, please reach out to our management team right away so that we can resolve the issue and ensure a pleasant stay.
Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the apartment.
