The apartment is a bright one-bedroom with a well-designed layout. The living area opens onto a private terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal, and a chaise longue, perfect for reading or sunbathing on a sunny day. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed suitable for up to two additional guests. There is a 55" Samsung smart TV where you can log in to your apps and enjoy your favorite shows.

1. We value a peaceful environment. Loud noises and high-volume music are not allowed.
2. If you need to dispose of trash, by our building rules, you must take it out to the designated trash and recycling bins across the street
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, the apartment, and all common areas.
4. Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation are allowed to access the apartment.
5. The building is governed by the rules established by the condominium and building management. They reserve the right to restrict or introduce changes to the use of common areas as necessary, without prior notice to owners or guests.
